Absolutely beyond appalling , a ongoing situation of 17 weeks ..... I cannot express how emotionally stressful this has been .

Thank You for the feedback, however you went against all recommendations with the original headgasket change, and 6months later once investigated an oil leak was down to a crack in the cyclinder head, wanted work done for free which was against warranty. Then was told you had sold the l200 and didn't need it fixing. Then complained again. I have since replaced the cyclinder head and associated parts that you purchased, of which 1x oil filter and 1x water pipe had been hidden/stolen causing delays. Contacting you is hard when texts don't deliver and calls don't get answered.
In future don't have your car fixed and then get some else to fix it then complain the the original person as that voids all warrantys.
I must say since I fixed it 6months+ ago it has been tampered with in more ways than one.

Mazda Mazda2 Clutch replacement

Ben called 45 minutes before arrival and the same time when dropping my car off.
He advised me of other issues I might need to look at but not in a condescending 'mansplainining' way that us 'ladies' sometimes have to endure.
My car is running well and I am very happy, I would definitely use Ben and ClickMechanic again.
I was dubious of ClickMechanic initially but now I think it is a marvellous set up.
