Ylber is great - correctly identified the issue on the first visit (alternator draining battery - i thought it was the air conditioning...), tackled the repair at the roadside, replacement alternator, with equal expertise the second time round.

Really nice fella, very capable technician - you won't be disappointed by this guy.

Ylber contacted me half an hour before arrival, which was very helpful. He was polite and efficient, and ran the required diagnostic within 20 minutes. He did everything I hoped, so thank you. He also followed up with a quote for follow up work, within a couple of hours. All very impressive.

Ylber was a great guy, very clued-up and knew exactly what he was doing. What we thought was an AC fault (that's why I'm not a mechanic, i guess) he traced instead to an alternator problem, which he subsequently quoted for and we are happy to proceed with.

You're in good hands with this one.
