I was very impressed with the whole process. I chose the pre-purchase inspection service that was timely, efficient, and thorough. Although the online booking process seems geared to home visits/repairs to your own car, the result was a very helpful inspection in time to help with my purchase decision. They also managed to fit in with the suggested timeslot and communicated with the 3rd party involved, which I had been anxious about. Communication was always timely. A reassuring service.
