Placed a job request to be put in Friday - job request was accepted on Thursday and asked if they could pick it up that day. I refused as I was busy to which they stated sounding uptight with me - told me they had other jobs on Friday and may not be able to get me in.
I dropped my car off later that day [Thursday] , car was fixed the next day but had to pick it up on Saturday (no drop off)
When I went to pick the car up, the mechanic told me of some faults on my car, but also told me that when fixing the clutch, he had to top my gear box up with his personal "experience" oil that he had spare.
And made a point about how I didn't get charged for it..
After paying £200 labour for a job that he told me he rushed (he done a good job from what I can tell), it felt like he expected me to be grateful that he give me his 'experience oil'.
Don't think I'll be using this garage again
