Good result. Very friendly and helpful. Picked up and returned roughly as stated. Will definitely be using again.

Could have put the locking wheel but back in its correct place and put boot back to normal before dropping back.

Additional problem was explained and resolution achieved without fuss. Communication was excellent throughout.

Seemed very knowledgeable. Said that the car had been well maintained. That was a great comment as it implies to me that previous mechanics have done a good job. In the past I have mechanics speak ill of others. Really friendly and polite. Had to pay a small amount more to get it through the MOT, was expecting to pay more and it was a pleasant surprise when it was only about £40. Not bad for a car that is 14 years old with 174K on the clock.

They picked up the car in the allotted time and returned it the same day.
The repairs seem ok but time will tell.
So far I am very happy with my experience.

Disgusted told me battery was not working and needed another (the car was driven to my home when I bought it 2 days ago) one charged me 20 pounds cash on top, then rang me and tried to get another 20 by telling me the locking wheel nut key wasn't in the car when I said no to pay more tried to charge me 5 pounds for a whee nut because they would have to cut the locking one off, then sent me an email telling me the car needed £730 more work done, when I challenged the guy that bout the car back, he claimed he knew nothing the mechanics told him it needed a lot of work, when I told him the car only failed the halfords mot Monday due to wheel bearing, he didn't know what to say, then I revealed the guy I bought it from was my sons best friend whom is a qualified mot tester and my son is also a qualified motor sports engineer, he told me to ring the garage. On inspection of the car once the guy left, we found the wheel nut locking key in the place we told them it was and low and behold the locking wheel nut back on the car. The work has been done on the front right wheel bearing and it was the front LEFT wheel bearing that needed replacing. Absolutely con artists thinking they could steal a woman's hard earn cash. Have emailed my problem twice to click mechanics and the only email I received back was, we hope u are happy with tyre factory service and could I please give a review. £123.29 plus 20 cash worse off and the wrong bloody wheel bearing replaced, my 6 yr old could have done it better. The mechanic at Tyre Factory was friendly enough. He called to advise that several parts needed replacement, resulting in substantial additional costs above the service and MOT. This always seems to be the case... Knowing little about cars, it is hard for me to know if this is justified. But when you end up paying over £550 for something you budgeted £170 for, it isn't exactly welcome. Nevertheless, the work was completed to a high standard and the vehicle drives better as a result.

Tyre Factory of Littlehampton picked up car late and a max 2 hour job and they have had the car 7 hours and still not returned..I would consider going else were if you don’t want to wait so long for your car to be returned...picked car up at 10.30 am supposed to be 09.30they phoned me the day before to arrange pick up. Phoned them at 15.45 and they said car would be returned very soon. Phoned again at 17.00 and was told car was would be returned ASAP. It is only max 45min from Littlehampton to Worthing..car was returned 17.45 the person who picked and dropped of the car was very pleasant and polite and apologetic and explained they have to get the vehicles in and jobs done before returning, otherwise if they tried to pick up and do the job then return the vehicles they would never get all the work done.
