Turned up late, just plugged a laptop in and gave me the codes, very limited diagnostic services performed and I was told that it would need to be taken back to their garage for a full assessment. They agreed to come back and collect the following week but didn't and failed to get back to me when I chased it up. They changed their minds and decided that, actually, they had seen all they needed to and gave me a quote of £1500 to replace the turbo. Took it to another mechanic who diagnosed the fault immediately and charged me £230 (parts, labour and recovery) to repair the fault (turbo replacement was not required), had it back to me same day.

Missed 1st arranged appointment due to parts late delivery. Then rearrange twice before carrying out the work. Although it seems to be working the engine light hasn’t come on when I turn on the engin but required a week of driving test before a final confirmation that the result is positive. However they kept the promise that the work takes two hours and I have my car back after two hours. Thanks

I was a bit reluctant at first as other reviews shown Superb motors haven’t got very good reviews and given the nature of the work ‘replacement of timing chain’ I was a bit scared what if they mess it up. I need my car to get to work and can’t leave it with them more than one day. But at the end they did a wonderful job and I got my car back on the same day. Thanks Superb Motors.
