Mechanic Robin phoned me 15 minutes before agreed time and informed about the time of arrival. He arrived exatly in specified time. Before he started repairs, he has made a small inspection of my cars brake system condition and informed about future works required. The actual repairs were carried in a quick and professional manor and were followed by comments and explainations.
