ROBIN WAS VERY GOOD AND HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME AND SORT OUT MY CAR PROBLEM AS LEE WAS NOT PREPARED TO DO ANYTHING WITH ME .THEREFORE I HAD ASKED ROBIN TO COME BACK AND DO THE NECESSARY WORK .

Robin was great, really friendly and just generally a decent guy - recommended lots of other things that I should get done to my car as well!

All good - Robin was punctual and did exactly what was required. Decent
and friendly mechanic.

Robin arrived and performed the original fault finding survey rapidly and professionally.
He identified further work that needed doing which he came to undertake, however a problem meant he was unable to conclude this.
He was apologetic and despite me agreeing a price, didnt wish to charge me as he had been unable to solve my problem. This sort of integrity is sadly lacking from the industry but was much appreciated.
i would use him again.

Robin rang me to see if we could bring the check forward by a day which suited me better he advised me what time he would be there, he also knew the dealership where the car was.... He rang me with his findings and sent me lots of photos and explained what he found and advised accordingly which I was grateful for as I am a woman on my own looking for a replacement car after my one was written off due to someone else's careless driving!!
He was very informative and his advice was good I will be using Clickmechanic again when I find another car.... I haven't received the written report as yet.

I never met my mechanic, Robin, as he carried out a long distance pre-inspection for me. However communication was excellent and he rang me after the inspection and gave me a verbal report which was followed by a written report. He was very helpful and friendly.
