Robin was terrible. He did not have a clue. After arriving 45 minutes late

Hi Chris,
I am sorry, you feel this way about my service.
1) If you remember you have booked appointment between 8-10 am. I texted you and call you explain you why I was getting Late. But I still came at 9:40am. In between appointment time.
2) I told you, cable is broken on your window mechanism and you don't want to spend money to fix that. Rather than that, you were giving me idea to fix your window with bicycle break cable, which you saw on your tube and told you I will not do that.
3) today morning you called and explained me bout your window, wipers, and other minor problems. I open and close the trim in front of you.
And I have pictures taken what I have done.
I also offer you to come and have a look but decided to not to listen what I am saying and hang up phone on me,
If you think you know better than me by watching few you tube videos and try to teach me. I am sorry, I have no interest in that.
