I don't know my mechanic's name - he didn't introduce himself. He was due to come between 8-10am on Saturday and when he hadn't arrived at 10.10 I called him. He said he had tried to call me but couldn't get through. Because he couldn't ring me he said he thought I wouldn't want his service. He arrived at 11, took the car and phoned me to tell me the car had failed the MOT. When. I had to call a few times in the afternoon as he didn't communicate clearly what he was doing. He eventually brought the car back at 19.00. However the work has been done and he wasn't rude.

Pelious was friendly and easy to talk to. My car was slightly late being returned but he explained the problems they had come up against to my satisfaction.

Garage Vip Uk Limited have just attended to perform a diagnostic inspection on my poorly Kia Pro-Cee’d.

The mechanic turned up on time, was very polite and helpful and wasted no time getting straight to business.

Now I was only actually expecting to get a diagnosis on a turbo issue that my poorly Kia was suffering from in order that I would know what to have replaced or repaired in future - however the mechanic went one step further than that – he pretty much immediately found the problem and actually fixed it on the spot.

To say I am pleased would be an understatement!!!!
