VIP Garage was very good, punctual and collected my car within the time period stated. Car was returned after the Clutch was replaced in the afternoon and a job well done. Car performing very well and overall pleased with the turn around and support.
Click mechanic were also very good and well organised.

Communication was good, although it cost me nearly £300 and turns out what was diagnosed was the problem!! Had to pay nearly £300 to discover my turbo isn’t working! If I took it to a garage it wouldn’t have cost me £300 to determine that .... now I have to find another garage to supply and fit new turbo

I am sorry to say but this experience was not the best, the picked the car up on time but I had not communication from them about return times or any other issues .
I had to call them for updates and when I did it was had to get any fixed answers. they returned the car the first time at 7:00pm and the work was not done correctly since the car came back with a knocking sound and the hand brake was the same when I sent it.
i called them to report it and straight away they asked did it have it when I sent the car, they finally agreed after a few calls and text's to collect the car the next day to review the repair .

Same thing again not phone call from them to inform me of the issues and I had to call them to find out about it and return time , which on this day was 6:45 .
Now we are having a discussion on a missing wheelstud and nut. They say I sent it like it , but surly if they saw a missing wheel stud they should of informed me of this and ask if i wanted it replaced since they would be sending a car back not road safe .

I was a bit sceptical as when the Mechanic arrived at 11:50, he didn't introduce himself or show any ID and didn't really say much. I didn't hear anything from them until I called at 4:30 to find out when they would be bringing the car back.
They finally brought the car back but did not give me any paperwork to show what work had been carried out. I asked for the Transmission fuel to be changed and to check the airbag warning light. I think it has been done but have no way of knowing. I also paid an extra £20 to get the engine oil topped up but the top up oil warning light is still showing. I checked under the bonnet and it does look like it was topped up so perhaps they forgot to update the waring light.

I did speak to them a couple of times after 4:30 as they let me know what needed to be done before they went ahead which was good but communication wasn't great. However, if all the work has been carried out, I do think it is good value for money.

He arrived on time. He said he was taking the car to his workshop to repair it. I was told the car would be repaired on site. From then on, all communication was done over the phone. He explained clearly what he had found, and what he had done. He needed a couple of extra parts, which would arrive next morning, and would be finished by lunchtime. I rang him at 3.45 and he was just leaving. He explained what he'd done, and recommended some extra work which needed doing. Generally i'm very happy with the whole experience.
