Zak was brilliant! Turned up within the given time slot, took the car away and carried out the work required. When returning the car, gave a clear and honest explanation regarding the suspected oil leak. I’ve previously been ripped off by big name garages who have never resolved the issue and made it sound much worse than it is. Communication was really good, the issue that I'd booked my car in for didn't turn out to be the reason that my warning light was coming on for, although they checked if the part needed replacing but explained this wasn't required, so the cost of part was deducted, they also explained why the warning light had came on, very honest and trustworthy mechanics.
