Unfortunately I cannot leave a good review. My Grandma waited at home for two hours (the booked time slot), and only half an hour after the end of the time slot, I got a missed call to say he wasn't coming. He came the next morning, spent a good amount of time looking at car and was very punctual this time at least. Also found him very hard to contact as he never available on the phone, though seemed freindly when we spoke. Also I subsequently came to have a look at the car and within an hour discovered a blown fuse in passenger compartment. I changed it and solved the problem. However, mechanic diagnosis was immobiliser problem, so I think diagnosis could have been better too.

The mechanic carried out a professional and thorough inspection which both myself and the seller were happy with. A suspension fault was identified during the inspection and the mechanic took the time to explain the nature of the fault to the seller. The seller was happy to rectify the fault prior to purchase. This saved me significant expense and this one fault justified the cost of the pre-purchase inspection. Overall the service given far exceeded my expectations for a relatively small outlay.

Fantastic job, Dale did a pre- inspection on a car and rang me with a full update which allowed me to buy the instantly, really good workmanship and I’ll definitely recommend.
