Very good all round!

John called and advised he was running late which was not a problem,at least he called to let me know not all would of done that. He turned up and was very friendly and knowledgable, he told me how long it would take him and I left him to it.
When he had finished the work I was amazed at the quality of his work, he fitted a detachable towbar, if the towbar is not attached you can not see that I have a towbar fitted. I would use again and will recommend using this service to friends.

Tony did a fantastic Job but I had to take my car to his workshop which was not a real problem
Comunicatios with ClickMechanic not very clear was told that I was needed to take my car to the workshop yet e_mails implyed the Mechanic was to atten at my Home address.
A telephone call to Tony Clarified the matter

Paul was very professional had no proba at all with the fitting only prob was he couildnt collect or deliver veh back to me at home.

He was on time in fact he arrived the same time as I arrived home.

Kevin was friendly, knowledgable and did a good job. He answered all my questions about the new detachable tow bar and demonstrated all lights were working ok and will be contacting PCT as no key was delivered with the parts. Kevin informed the key will arrive in the post. I am very happy with his work and good communication.

The mechanic was a little behind schedule when he arrived, but he'd notified me in advance and it wasn't a problem. He was polite, friendly and got on with the job without fuss.
