Dawn, Jenny and the machanic dealing with the issues were great with communication (calls & texts) and pictures throughout. Price compared to main dealer is also very good!

Great service, picked up my car from home and returned within 2 hours job done and BMW dash message reset.

A genuine appalling experience, reported to the click mechanic support. Vehicle went for a timing Belt change as per the service schedule. The garage were so incompetent they messed up the procedure and damaged the engine .
They had the vehicle nearly 3 weeks not the 4 hours for the job. Vehicle had to be fixed at another garage. No replacement vehicle or hire car offered during this period. The garage did not tell me that they had taken to another garage, only when I went to the garage and found it was not there they said it was being looked at elsewhere. They never admitted they had damaged it. The damage cost them £3000 to get fixed, now I am unsure whether there will be further issues due to the damage casued. There was no courtesy shown by the garage.
Click mechanic have failed by not vetting this garage correctly. Click Mechanic were useless in the situation, never establishing the full detail of what had happened. I will never use the garage nor click mechanic or similar services again. What a disgrace. Read more

Booked a service and MOT. Car was picked up as expected. Initially failed MOT and I was given inconsistent information about what work needed to be done. Car was delivered back the following day, but the coolant level hadn’t been checked (it was low) and an error code was still showing that they said had been fixed. They took the car back and topped up the fluid but said they couldn’t work out the error code and it needed an auto-electrician. Following a quick google search I discovered that the code related to the centre brake light, which when I checked wasn’t working (but hadn’t been noted anywhere). Overall not particularly happy, because the coolant so obviously needed topping up, that it makes me wonder what else from the service wasn’t done. This is the 2nd time I’ve used ClickMechanic and the first guy (Karl) was excellent and got the car working after a long period off the road (and was also the one who let me know the coolant needed topping up!), so a 50/50 hit rate so far. 24 hours to do a 2 hour job! I was charged more than the job was worth and didn't get the recipt I was promised.
