Alan was great. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problems in no time at all. He explained what may have caused the issue and gave some good advice on prevention for the future.

Would definitely NOT recommend Alan. Very disappointed with his thoroughness and accuracy. He missed very obvious damage to the car and failed to disclose it in his report.
