I cannot really comment on my mechanic, as we never met. My car was taken away to a garage, something I had contacted CM to avoid happening,
He quoted me for the work required on my car and was fair and straightforward with me. I realised that this was not a viable expense on a car of that value, so I was obliged to pay for my car's return, so that I could dispose of it.

I asked on a number of occasions if your vehicle being collected and delivered the second day was time sensitive you responded NO.
This being the case I did other jobs prior to yours.
We have looked at this case and made a decision to reduce the distance we are prepared to travel for collection/delivery of customers vehicles, so this does not happen again.
