Robert was on time and completed the job required within 2 hours.

The works was complete ok still had problems but resolved myself but his communication was absolutely appalling his time schedule was too made an appointment at 7.30 but was let down 4 min before made a second appointment between 7-7.30 in the morning the next day and never turn up till 8.45

Rob was great - arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and came back 2 days later and fitted the part we needed!
