Our mechanic did a good job of fitting a new clutch. We were a little concerned about the car being taken to a workshop since we had expected a Mobile Mechanic. We were much more concerned after being told the gearbox was faulty and that the car needed a new one. Since both my wife and I have driven the car for a number of hours every day for at least three months without ever encountering a problem while changing gear we insisted that the mechanic get on with changing the clutch then give our car back. We now have it back with a nice easy to use lightly sprung clutch and happily, there is still NOTHING WRONG WITH THE GEARBOX.

I did not meet him as was having prepurchase inspection done many miles away. Report was good as was communication. Very helpful with collection of car speaking to dealer very quickly after instruction.
