Daniel came to the rescue at short notice when the first mechanic booked failed to show up 3 times over 3 days. Daniel was great and I'd highly recommend him. However, I'm not sure I'd use click mechanic again, bacuse the firstmecahnic failed to show and they put the job out to Daniel they treated it as two bookings and took the money from my card twice. Yes, it is a pre aouthorisation but, it takes 5 days to come back on your card so I'm £80 down for chirstmas. Not happy about this at all as I did not make two bookings so why take the funds off the card twice, it's your mechanic who let me down, it's one booking as far as the customer is concerned .
