Ring Engineering is a family run business based in Middlesex Established since 1982 we now have over 31 years of experience behind us in reconditioning car and van engines.With our chief engineers having over 40 years' worth of experience in the automotive field you can rest assure that when you come to us you will be receiving the best possible service when you get your car or van engine reconditioned from us. We specialise in Engine re Manufacturing, reconditioning, Rebuilding, Fitting and Diagnostics. Using the latest range of diagnostic computer equipment we are able to reset and reprogram all electronic components, diagnose engine trouble codes, reset service and dashboard warning lights including engine management and solve programming issues with injectors, and timing.
We have high quality and complex machinery which allows us to machine any engine component to precise tolerances within a 1000th of an inch. The areas in which we specialise in machining are: Crankshaft Grinding Cylinder Boring Line boring cylinder blocks and cylinder headsRefacing Valves Valve Seat CuttingSurface Grinding Cylinder Head Skimming Brake Drum, Brake Disc and flywheel Skimming. We have a huge range of OEM engine parts stocked so we will be able to start your job without waiting for the parts to be delivered to us, which in turn reduces the time taken for us to complete the reconditioning process. Therefore you will be back on the road much sooner than you expected. We are able to install after market exhausts, hybrid or larger turbos, Manifolds, high psi or turbo injectors, sports camshafts and crankshafts and various other car modifications.We also offer a fast reliable recovery service. We are a large engineering firm and take up three units we also have four fully hydraulic car ramps (one of which is designed to be used with lowered suspension/ modified cars) as well as all the machinery needed for engine reconditioning.Located in Hayes Middlesex just of the M4 we are in a very easy to find and accessible area.
