Josh was good at replying to my questions as I was not able to be at the inspection. However
I am very, very disappointed with the overall inspection. It is just a generic tick box and nothing specific to the car itself. The car had no carpets ,sunroof ,toolkit, 4 wheel drive, suspension ride, spare wheel or mudflaps. All these boxes were ticked as " Good working condition ".The wheel nuts were all rusty and there was a small chip to the tinted glass rear window plus a small dent near the fuel filler cap. None of this was reported to me. When Josh phoned me to say the inspection was completed it was only an hour and half after he started, therefor the 2-3 hour inspection does not exist. It cost £130.05 for a Premium inspection that is not even worth half that amount. I would not recommend anyone use this service as it is not worth the money. Josh was friendly and informative and had good communication. Sent me extra photos on request which was good. I was disappointed that no higher speed, A-road, road test was included in the Premium package. Has left me wondering if the car's wheel bearings are OK. Just a run "around the block" doesn't seem a proper road test to me, particularly on a "Premium" package.
Mechanic seemed knowledgable and experienced. Overall, the inspection helped me make up my mind to buy the car but I'm still nervous that the inspection may have been a bit rushed and some details missed. I will be making a 700 mile round trip to buy this car.

Excellent communication. Unfortunately unable to fix the problem completely (the fault can only be fixed by a specialist Audi centre) but has done enough to identify the problem and get the car working to get it to the garage. Would use again.

Josh was really good. He was able to meet me at the place where my car had broken down and he was very informative - even trying to locate a new part from the internet so that I would have an idea of the cost if that's what i needed. He was friendly, helpful and appeared knowledgable. I would definitely recommend the service.
