Onur did a good job on the car, what surprised me, however, was that he was only available in the evening. If this is the company policy then it's my fault for not noticing.
The low mark for punctuality is due to him not turning up for the appointment after I had missed his call when he was trying to confirm it. I'd think if there is an appointment that's paid for in advance you should just turn up. Cheers
