I booked my van in for a service, which was collected & returned promptly. Disappointingly however there was no communication as to the condition of the van, how the service went & what works had/had not been done. My card was then charged for works which had not been discussed with me.
I called the garage to try to get more information. The whole process has unfortunately left me unnerved about the quality of the actual service.
On raising the issue with the charges these were kindly refunded.

Not happy first they asked to collect car from garages which was miles away from my house then they took out an extra £76 from my card when the amount of 604 was agreed, I will not be using click mechanic again and will not be advising friends not to use this company

Waldemar and Ben completed the clutch replacement on time, with Ben keeping us informed of progress, and checking permission for an additional part to be fitted. Collected and delivered the vehicle promptly. Helpful and friendly.Would certainly recommend.
