Needed to move my appointment and Craig had no issues with this. He called the evening before to ask if he could take the car earlier, which was not a problem and returned it the following day. Craig ensured that we were aware of issues which would affect the MOT and resolved them under agreement. The car passed the MOT without any issues being highlighted and therefore it would suggest the checks and changes made by Craig were good.

Craig was great. He couldn't make the original time but kept me informed and worked with me to find an alternative. When he arrived he was polite, knew what he was doing and despite it being a pain he completed the work perfectly. I have always been concerned about mechanics trying to rip people off but Craig has changed that perception.
