Nina was amazing and she went beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was alright with the car.

Nina and her partner were excellent! They got in contact a few days before to iron out collection arrangements and kept me informed throughout the day on how the work was going. They gave excellent feedback and highlighted areas which might need work in the future (without the feeling / pressure that work was being recommended that wasn't needed).

Nina was great, her team arrived and got on with the work efficiently and quickly and talked through all the things they had done with me.

Would have been 5 stars but unfortunately they were provided the wrong type of oil for the engine. They rectified this by going out and sourcing the right oil immediately which was amazing.

Nina and her partner were the model of professionals. Very happy with their punctuality, workmanship and politeness. Would recommend them.

Booked in for all my brake pads to be changed as my wear sensor had been set off and having previously been told by a main dealer 8 months ago that my fronts were low and my rears getting there, I thought I'd get them all done.
They came out and replaced my rears then showed me that my front pads were only half worn and asked if I still wanted to go ahead with the replacement or if i wanted to save some money. Very happy with the honesty here as they could have changed them and I would not have known any different.

Arrived when she said she would , completed the job in record time , worked through the rain , didn't even want a cup of coffee , I swear I would have made her breakfast for being so quick . And I'm talking Poached Eggs , not Fried or Scrambled or any half-assed thing like that . Genuine Poached Eggs no kidding ; I would have gone to Sainsbury's and got Hollandaise and English muffins on my wife's Credit Card to make Eggs Benedict for her , even though there would have been questions when the monthly statement arrived , seriously I don't even care . Even Smoked Salmon and Spinach if she wanted Eggs Florentine I swear to God I genuinely would have done that and if she didn't like the Coffee I had , I would have asked her which blend she preferred and then purchased that at the same time .
