My husband and I were initially very cautious about using a site and garage we had never heard of before.
We were expecting our repair to be done at home, but when the mechanic explained what was involved, we agreed for my car to be taken on a low loader back to the garage.
I did have to contact the garage several times for updates, and typically once the mechanics started working on the fault, another fault appeared.
My husband and I were sceptical, thinking this was a scam. But after speaking to the garage owner and him explaining the situation and rectifying the 2nd fault free of charge, I wasn't quite so worried.
Because of the extra work involved, the garage were unable to deliver my car back the day after collection as agreed. But to my surprise, my car was dropped back home at 3.50am so I was able to drive to work later.

Excellent service, contacted me night before offering an earlier collection. Was called 30 mins before they arrived and car was returned in time frame expected. Would definitely use this garage through click mechanic again
