Ian was brilliant. He actually messaged me saying he would be slightly early, he arrived got started straight away and told me he would knock once complete.
Once complete explained what he had done, what state the wheel bearing was in and that if I had any issues afterwards to contact him again. Was polite, friendly and courteous and efficient and completed the job whilst also making me feel comfortable my car was in safe hands! Cannot thank you enough!
