“Paulo was great, identified the problem and gave helpful advice, it was a immobiliser problem and also a dead battery. He was able to get the car running and advised to advised to take the car out to build up the charge a little, unfortunately I didn’t do this for a few hours and the battery died but Paulo was able to attend again to jump pack the car for us in order to take his advice immediately. I will be changing the battery asap. Many thanks for great assistance!!”
