“Everything was sorted out well, even though the mechanics appeared to be having several factors beyond their control working against them! The car was delivered back the same day as promised, probably at significant inconvenience to the mechanics as it was late in the evening, as we had told them we had a doctors appointment first thing the next day.

All in all an excellent service, one star knocked off punctuality as the car was collected after the time promised (but I fully understand there were mitigating circumstances).

We were kept informed through the process.“
