“I was extremely happy with Ian, the mechanic who came on Friday. He arrived within the specified time frame having rang to say he was on his way and would be with me within 20 minutes - which he was. He was explained the problem to me, corrected it and left me feeling reassured. He was very pleasant and I felt comfortable asking him questions.

This was in stark contrast to the mechanic (not Ian) who let me down on Thursday - he didn't turn up and there was no communication from him whatsoever, in fact I still haven't had an explanation. ”
