How do I change the time of a booking I’ve already accepted?
First things first, check in with your customer to ensure that the new day/time works for them. Once they have agreed then you can follow the steps below:
- Open the ClickMechanic app
- Click on ‘Current’ which will show you a list of your current customers
- Select the booking you want to change
Scroll down to ‘Visits’ and click on the edit icon next to the current scheduled time
Enter the new date and time and tick the box to say that you’ve confirmed this with the customer
This will then ping an automated email to the customer to let them know that their booking time has changed.
