Simon was an absolute gentleman and tried his best to get my battery working. My car was definitely putting up a fight though, but Simon soon got the work completed. I was really grateful that he took the time to do what he could for my car. 100% I'll be using click mechanic again.

Igor was great, gave me a full report tha ti could then act on pre to arranging MOT.

I’ve had a number of CM jobs completed on two of my cars this year, this review relates to a major service, MOT and air con re-gas on a 21 plated Hyundai Kona Hybrid. The mechanic and garage allocated was Nick from Modern and Classic Garage Services. Nick attended promptly and at the agreed time. Whilst the car was on site being worked on, I received a full online inspection report with video footage provided and a phone call from Nick to confirm the findings. The system and service from this garage was of high quality and on par with high end dealerships. All work completed to my complete satisfaction, the car was returned having been cleaned - which in my book is a nice touch. Excellent service and I would highly recommend this garage in its own right.

Extremely unhappy with the service, the garage picked for my by click mechanic, the punctuality of the garage, everything. communicating with them has been like getting blood from a stone. My car went in for a starter motor repair. 1 new battery, 1 new starter motor, 2 bcm's and a whole steering rack later, AND THEY GAVE IT BACK TO ME AFTER 3 WEEKS AND ITS MAKING A BRAND NEW NOISE THAT IT DIDNT GO IN WITH that sounds scary to drive it. Currently writing this after bringing it back to the garage the next day after collecting it so they can fix the brand new problem they have created. They don't open until half past 10 which is why I have time to write this now. The guy working on my car, when it came time to pay and collect my car, because I showed dissatisfaction he tried to scare/threaten me by saying he could have given me a bill for 3000 pounds and had the car ready in 1-2 days. Clearly this is bs as he can't reply within 1-2 days on WhatsApp let alone sort a car issue as big as this one. The state of the garage is in disarray, an ocd person's worst nightmare, papers piled on parts piled on tools piled on the floor. Absolutely abysmal service, would recommend to my worst enemy as its hell to deal with. avoid at all costs. Also they were masquerading as a garage with better reviews, I looked up leicester tyres and testing centre, they have 2.3 stars with 6 reviews. All signs posted around the site and the address he gave me on the phone was for a different company listed on Google as car repairs team. They are still doing business though as leicester tyres and testing centre and I know this because that's where it said my car was being taken when it got collected by the tow. Extremely shady business practices all round, poor communication, even poorer respect for my car, there's fuses and screws in my passenger footwell, marks all over the outside and inside of the car, they left the seats down in the back and left my old battery on top of the seats that were down. Avoid at all costs. Edit: writing this edit after dealing with them again for the new noise, they ended up scamming me out of 1830 pounds all together and the car still has a noise that sounds like grinding/whirring, will need to get a second opinion as now I don't feel safe driving my own car.

Neil turned up promptly and did a great job servicing my car. He communicated well on what he'd found.

Good service and communication. I paid c. £320 for an oil change and replacement pump for the windscreen washer which was cheaper than other quotes, plus it removed the hassle of going to a garage. Would recommend.

Darren was great. Phoned ahead to say when he was coming; went back for a new battery without complaint, despite having been assured by the suppliers that they had given him the correct one! Completed the job, tested and demonstrated what he had done, and left the car in pristine condition. Cannot fault him in any way. Very very happy - thank you Darren

Great mechanic, quick diagnosis and friendly! Arrived on time and explained the issue and helpfully.

Mohammed was polite and got on with the task rapidly. My van started ok, after fitting a new starter motor. However, when I came to use it, to travel home, the battery warning light was on and stayed on, while driving. I sent Mohammed a message when I got home but received no acknowledgement or reply. Next day, I called his number and left a voicemail, asking how this will be fixed, no reply. Someone else checked problem for me on the 21 June and found the alternator connect wire, had been left off the starter motor, by Mohammed, hence not charging! This cost me £50 to rectify.

Jose was friendly and gave us advice. I would certainly recommend him as a trust worthy and good person.
