Didn't meet them as I was at work. I presume they did the job. The one problem I didn't have with the car was that, even though for the last 2 years it always showed ' Glow Plug Error' when turning the ignition, it always started up immediately. Since your mechanic carried out his work, it is struggling to start. Amazingly, they sent me a quote to fix a problem that I didn't have before they arrived.

Hi there, we appreciate you taking time out to give us feedback. We believe the issue you have highlighted will be related to the fuel filter replacement, as when this work is carried out it is required for the vehicle to be run for a few minutes in order to aid the circulation of fuel and correct fuel delivery to the engine. Due to the nature of the callout we were not able to take the vehicle on a test run in order to ensure these parameters were met. This issue should not persist, however if it does we will be happy to take a look at it for you.
Please note, the quotation provided was for the replacement of the glow plugs as the error code was present.
When completing a job we are prompted by Click Mechanic to highlight any further work that may need carrying out. This is a no obligations quote and need not be accepted.
