Punctual. Polite. Professional in his manner and his work (collected my car, serviced and dropped it back). Probably the best encounter I have had with a mechanic. Was truly a blessing

The service was fantastic. They were so easy to talk to and understanding

The service and MOT were executed as expected. However, the job took an entire day, during which time I wasn't kept up to date. The job took 3.5 hours longer than estimated, even though no extra issues were reported.

I clearly put details of my job being a problem with the car key and ignition. Mechanic could not help me because he had no experience in this area, so why was the job given to this company?

They were great, made life easy!
Unfortunately my car was misdiagnosed by the RAC but they called me and sorted a new part with no fuss.

They were friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to know what they were talking about.
Sorted tyre pressure out and advised what’s to do with the ABS

Was very nice and also advised there another bit of work would be required soon due to a noise.

On time and did thorough job of checking over the car and explaining what might be problems and what were not problems. Very happy with the work done.

he was very nice,friendly and efficient. I do one issue though: on the website i understood that it would be fixed at my home,but I was charged extra £70 as the car had to be taken away. i understand that for a big job,but this was a simple short job ( changing an altimeter). the mechanic said he only did repairs at his garage, so why wasnt I sent a mechanic who could do at my house?
