Chris, was super. And so happy to share his knowledge. No question was too silly for me to ask or for him to answer. He spent so much time answering all my questions. So easy to ask questions, answered with real passion and interest. An absolute star. So patient too. Really appreciated his attention and his ability to engage. Really helpful.

It felt like that diagnosis must have been the quickest £99 I’ve spent, but on the other side of the coin, it just shows how competent and knowledgeable Chris is at his job. Immediately he identified the problem and advised where I could get it resolved.
