I appreciated the wisdom and advisory/consultation on how to approach the issue, with his recommended solution of first trying the fuel filter as a first step - a lower cost option that needed to be done anyway - before diving into the next, more expensive solution. Jason was very knowledgeable but he was late and I had to contact him but as he is first mobile mechanic to actually respond to me I will allow that completely honest with work that's needed and have me a rough costing which wasn't to faf off full cost
